WordPress/HivePress Marketplace: Custom Escrow Deal Engine + Dispute System

Scope: Escrow deal flow (hold-then-release). Buyer funds a deal, funds held in escrow via Stripe Connect, released to seller on approval or after an auto-approve review window. States: proposed, funded, delivered, approved, paid, closed. Includes revision requests and mutual cancellation with correct fund return. Deal panel UI. A sliding panel/fly-in over the chat showing the live deal state and actions for each party (fund, deliver, approve, request revision, etc.). Self-serve split logic. Either party can propose a percentage split of held funds; on mutual agreement funds release on those terms automatically. Tiered dispute resolution. Funds freeze on dispute. Ladder: direct resolution, proposed split, platform review/decision, optional final binding step for larger deals. Commission per membership tier. Commission rate must vary by the seller's membership tier (e.g. one rate for free, a lower rate for paid), adjustable, not hard-coded. Likely a custom hook, since HivePress Memberships doesn't vary commission natively.
