WordPress LMS Developer Needed for Self-Paced Online Course Platform MVP

I am looking for an experienced WordPress LMS developer to build the first functional version of Open Campus Academy, an online education platform focused on self-paced professional courses. The goal is to launch a professional MVP that allows students to browse courses, register, pay online, access their course immediately, progress through lessons at their own pace, complete automatic assessments, and receive a digital certificate after meeting the course requirements. This is not a simple informational website. I need someone with real experience building online course platforms using WordPress, LMS plugins, WooCommerce, payment integrations, student dashboards, quizzes and certificates. The expected budget for this first MVP is around USD 2,000. I prefer a fixed-price contract with milestone-based payments.
