Summary

WordPress Plugin Integration Issue — Clearent/Xplor Pay Token Storage in iServiceRoutes CRM Overview We have a custom WordPress checkout plugin (built) that collects credit card info via the Clearent/Xplor Pay JavaScript SDK and submits orders to iServiceRoutes (ISR) CRM via their Orders API. Everything works end-to-end except one final piece: getting the stored card token to be chargeable from within ISR. What's Built & Working Custom two-column checkout form on WordPress/Elementor Clearent JS SDK collects card info securely (PCI compliant iframe) $1.00 authorization runs server-side → gets permanent Clearent vault token (110000...) → immediately auto-voided (customer never charged) Order submits successfully to ISR CRM API Google Sheets logging, email notifications, coupon engine all working The Problem When we pass the permanent Clearent token to ISR via their Orders API with gateway=clearent, ISR stores the order but shows "did not enter payment information." When we use gateway=nmi with the token, ISR stores the card details but returns "Merchant account credentials missing" when attempting to charge. Customers stored through ISR's own Clearent Payment Screen (their hosted UI) show Gateway: Clearent with a Token field and charge successfully. We need to replicate that same storage format via the API. What We Need Someone with experience integrating Clearent/Xplor Pay with iServiceRoutes CRM API who can identify the correct API field names/format to pass the Clearent vault token so ISR stores it in a chargeable state — matching how their own hosted payment screen stores it. Tech Stack WordPress plugin (PHP) Clearent/Xplor Pay JS SDK + REST API iServiceRoutes Orders API Merchant MID: available on request Budget: Fixed price — this is a single focused problem, should be solvable in 1-2 hours by someone who knows both systems.
