Summary WordPress Site Update: PHP, Plugins, Security, Donate Fix, and Staff Training Children's Advocacy Alliance of Nevada Project Overview Nonprofit WordPress site (Colibri theme, hosted on GoDaddy cPanel) needs a PHP version update, plugin cleanup, a fix to the donate page, and basic modernization. Site was built independently and uploaded to GoDaddy. We need someone experienced with GoDaddy cPanel and WordPress migrations who can do this safely with a tested rollback plan. Scope of Work Full site backup (files and database) before any changes Create a staging site to test all updates before pushing live Update PHP version via GoDaddy cPanel Update WordPress core, theme, and all active plugins Remove unused or redundant plugins (list attached, see Plugin Cleanup List) Test full site functionality on staging before going live Push tested changes to the live site Basic security hardening recommendations (documented, not necessarily implemented) Donate page fix: embed the donation form directly on the page instead of redirecting to Zeffy, if Zeffy supports an embed or iframe option. If no embed option exists, keep the button on-page but remove target="_blank" so it does not open a new tab.
