WordPress Theme Migration: 1:1 Clean Clone from Old Theme to Kadence (SEO & Speed Focused)

Project Overview: We have a 10-year-old WordPress B2B product website (approx. 60 pages/products) currently running on an outdated theme (THEME18). We need an experienced WordPress developer to migrate the site to the KADENCE THEME using pure KADENCE BLOCKS on our Hostinger Staging environment. Strict Requirements: 1:1 Layout & Aesthetic Cloning: Keep the current layout, navigation, and structure. Do NOT redesign. Clean Code Only: No Elementor, No WPBakery, No bloated slider plugins. Use Gutenberg + Kadence Blocks only. SEO Protection (Crucial): All existing URLs, Meta Titles, and Meta Descriptions must be 100% preserved. Zero URL structure changes allowed. Performance: Must achieve green scores on Google PageSpeed Insights (Mobile & Desktop). Acceptance Criteria: We will run a Screaming Frog crawl pre- and post-migration.
