WordPress/Website Content Specialist TALENT FREQUENCY is an Orlando-based AI Start-up Recruiting Voice & Chat Solutions company seeking a detail-oriented WordPress/Website Content Specialist to support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our company website. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with WordPress and Elementor, has a strong eye for layout and branding, and can make website updates efficiently while maintaining a polished, professional user experience. This is a flexible, project-based position averaging approximately 5 hours per week, with assignments varying based on current marketing initiatives, product launches, webinars, and website enhancement projects. Location: Remote Hours: 5 hours/week Work Type: Contractor Required Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience working with WordPress websites • Experience using Elementor Page Builder • Strong attention to detail and page layout consistency • Basic understanding of UX/UI best practices • Experience optimizing images and multimedia for web • Comfortable making website edits without disrupting existing functionality • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Skills: • Experience with B2B or SaaS websites • Basic SEO knowledge • Familiarity with AI tools for content formatting and image editing • Experience working with marketing teams • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console (nice to have) Role & Responsibilities / Key Deliverables: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of website presentation, has an eye for clean and modern design, and takes pride in delivering a polished digital experience. Website Content Management • Update existing website pages with new content, images, videos, and graphics • Format and publish new website content using Elementor • Ensure consistent branding, fonts, colors, spacing, and layout throughout the website • Maintain page quality across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Website Enhancements • Update/build new landing pages for campaigns, webinars, product launches, and marketing initiatives • Add or replace images, icons, graphics, videos, and downloadable resources • Create new sections within existing pages as requested • Improve page layouts to enhance readability and user experience Website Enhancements • Ensure all website updates follow Talent Frequency's established brand standards • Maintain consistent formatting across all website pages • Review pages for visual consistency, broken formatting, and outdated content • Support implementation of new branding elements as the company evolves Marketing Support • Publish blogs, case studies, newsletters, and resource materials • Assist with webinar landing pages and registration pages • Support updates for AI Voice Recruiting Assistant product pages • Assist with campaign-specific website content Quality Assurance • Test all page updates before publishing • Verify links, forms, videos, downloads, and embedded content • Ensure responsive display across desktop and mobile devices • Identify opportunities for ongoing website improvements
