Project Overview We are looking for a WordPress developer to build a website for our Chinese language and cultural education organization. The website should be modern, mobile-friendly, easy for our team to update, and built using beginner-friendly tools such as Elementor or similar page builders. Scope of Work 1. Chinese Language Learning Section We offer online Chinese language classes and need: Course/program information pages Teacher profiles Class schedule display Online booking functionality for Zoom lessons with teachers located in China Payment functionality so families can pay during booking Integration with Zoom or calendar scheduling tools 2. China Educational Travel Program Section We organize educational trips to China and need: Dedicated China Trip page(s) Photo/video gallery Program itinerary section Pricing section Built-in application forms for travelers/students Ability to upload documents through application forms Automated confirmation emails after submission 3. General Website Requirements WordPress website using Elementor (preferred) Mobile responsive design Contact forms SEO-friendly structure Social media integration Blog/news section Easy for internal staff to update after launch Basic training session after completion Deliverables Fully functioning WordPress website Training session (approximately 1 hour) Documentation for editing content Transfer of all website ownership/admin access to our team Preferred Qualifications Experience building education websites Experience with booking/payment systems Experience integrating Zoom booking tools Strong communication skills
