WordPress Website Rebuild (40 Pages) – WPBakery/Bridge → Kadence Theme Migration

We are a volunteer-run nonprofit organization seeking an experienced WordPress developer to rebuild our existing website (approximately 40 pages) from the Bridge Theme + WPBakery Page Builder to the Kadence Theme + Kadence Blocks. The primary goals are: Improve page speed and performance Simplify ongoing maintenance for non-technical volunteers Remove dependency on proprietary page builders Preserve the current design, structure, URLs, and content This is a fixed-scope migration project and all work must be completed on a staging environment before launch. Required Skills Expert-level WordPress development Strong experience with Kadence Theme and Kadence Blocks Experience migrating sites from WPBakery, Bridge, Elementor, Divi, or similar builders WordPress performance optimization Responsive design implementation Basic PHP/CSS customization via child themes Cloudflare and caching experience preferred
