Mobility Co. is a Melbourne-based mobility and assistive-equipment business with a Cheltenham showroom. We supply adjustable beds, lift recliners, pressure-care, mobility scooters and daily-living aids, and we're trusted by occupational therapists (OTs), case managers and Support at Home providers. We're on WordPress + Elementor Pro + WooCommerce. THE GOAL Turn our website into a premium, mobile-first experience that occupational therapists use as a go-to information resource — and that drives more enquiries and visits to our Cheltenham showroom. This is a catalogue + enquiry experience (Request a Quote / Request a Trial), NOT a checkout store. No prices, no "add to cart" — we want fast, qualified enquiries. YOU WON'T START FROM SCRATCH — WE PROVIDE: Clickable design mockups (HTML) of the new homepage, product catalogue, product page, filtering and enquiry form. A Brand Pack (PDF) — exact palette and typography to match (warm taupe / ivory / charcoal, Inter font; no blue/green/orange/red). A detailed Developer Build Pack — page-by-page spec, phased scope and a QA checklist. Finished product content + WooCommerce import CSVs (first batches ready, more to follow). SEO titles + meta descriptions for every product, ready for Yoast. Please review the mockups and brand pack before quoting. BRAND REQUIREMENTS (MUST FOLLOW EXACTLY): Font: Inter (no all-caps, no heavy/condensed). Palette: Warm Taupe #9B8F87, Warm Ivory #F7F5F2, Light Warm Grey #EDEAE6, Charcoal #2F2F2F, Deep Charcoal CTAs #1F1F1F. No blue, green, orange, red, pure white or high-saturation colours. Calm, warm, residential — never clinical or salesy. SCOPE (FIXED PRICE PER PHASE): Phase 1 — Product pages & catalogue: build the product page template (key-specs box, full spec table, variations, funding panel, brochure downloads, dual Quote/Trial CTAs, trust signals, related products) and product card template; import our product CSVs with correct categories/cross-listing; configure the enquiry/quote model (no prices, no cart, never "out of stock"); set Yoast titles/meta and clean URLs. Phase 2 — Interface, filtering & smart form: faceted filtering + search (by category, funding scheme [NDIS, DVA, Home Care Package, Support at Home, SWEP], pressure-injury risk, weight capacity/SWL, size, features); a smart enquiry form that auto-attaches the product name and page URL to every submission and captures enquiry type, role, organisation, email, phone, suburb, funding type, notes and optional file upload (Fluent Forms or Gravity Forms); site-wide trust bar and components. Phase 3 — Homepage, OT hub, funding pages & polish: build the new homepage to the supplied mockup; a "For Occupational Therapists" hub and funding pages (NDIS/DVA/Home Care Package/Support at Home/SWEP) from supplied copy; a downloads/resources section; final performance, SEO (incl. Product schema + en_AU locale), accessibility and mobile QA. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong WordPress + WooCommerce + Elementor Pro; custom templates built to a provided design. Faceted filtering (e.g. FacetWP); advanced forms with dynamic field population (Fluent Forms / Gravity Forms). Mobile-first, fast (good Core Web Vitals), accessible (aim WCAG AA). Yoast SEO; Product & Review structured data (schema). Work on a staging site with backups — no direct edits to the live site. Nice to have: health/aged-care or Australian e-commerce experience; minimalist, conversion-focused design sense. HOW WE'LL WORK: Staging-first, milestone-based delivery with our review at the end of each phase. We supply the design, spec, brand pack and content; you implement and advise. BUDGET: Fixed price, milestone-based (one milestone per phase). Please quote per phase and a total. Indicative total: AUD $2,000–$4,000 (design and content are supplied). We may also offer a small monthly retainer for future product batches — note your rate if interested. TIMELINE: Phased, starting with Phase 1, ideally within the next 2 weeks.
