WordPress and Elementor Pro Experience for Ongoing Agency Website Assistance

About us: 1. We use Elementor Pro templates and custom templates to build client websites. 2. We maintain all of our clients websites and they send us tasks via Volley to make changes. 3. We communicate over slack 4. We track tasks over Freedcamp 5. We have training videos to know how we expect you to do certain parts of the job, but experience is preferred 6. We do have some functionally advanced websites (woocommerce, learndash, geodirectory are a few advanced plugins we use a lot, but we have ecommerce, directories, events management, job boards, etc. as well) and while not required to understand, it is helpful as well About the job: 1. Help build new sites from a template (changing global colors, adding content from AI, converting sections to containers, etc.) or from a Figma design, or from scratch (very rare, and usually AI assisted/design to recreate) 2. Help monitor tasks as they come in for the websites (through email, slack or Volley) 3. Track time on Freedcamp for some clients (we have a few clients that we track time for, we will always let you know what clients need to track time) 4. Use AI to add and update content (we have a template and provide access to the AI) 5. Between 10 and 30 hours per week on average 6. Read and edit/fix AI written articles and blog posts and add relevant images (mostly stock images, but sometimes provided by client) Candidates must: 1. Live in a timezone within 3 hours of Eastern Time (-4:00) 2. Be familiar with WordPress and have at least used Elementor before 3. Be able to follow directions and take feedback 4. Have some level of regular availability but it is mostly work as work comes in on the time you are available to do it, we do have others doing the same thing, so assigning tasks to yourself as they come in is something to keep in mind. Candidate preferred (nice to haves): 1. Live within 2 hours of Easter Time 2. Be proficient in Elementor Pro (understand containers and global styles, bonus for also understanding Elementor v4 coming out soon) 3. High availability 4. SEO experience for SEO designed pages and blog posts 5. Some experience and access to Photoshop/Illustrator as sometimes images from clients need adjustments, or we need to recreate a logo, etc. 6. Experience with AI, prompting, and using tools that utilize AI When you apply, add some details about your work history, but add something specific that would show you understand the progression of Elementor, if you have experience with it. Something you have done recently that has to do with improving an Elementor site using Elementor, particularly around global styling, maintaining continuity by reusing template containers, etc.
