Work on your own terms, professional buyer / seller / admin needed ! Long Term Potential!

Looking for a hard working, detail oriented individual to join our team as a virtual assistant who manages multiple aspects of our schedule, business and plays an integral role to ensure our time is utilized efficiently and providing potential solutions as needed. This position is STARTING OFF simply with being our virtual admin / assistant, as well as purchasing / listing manager. Additional roles and duties will be instilled over time when deemed necessary and once the bond / trust has solidified. We need someone who is punctual, who is detail oriented, follows protocol, and is willing to stand up / ask questions when they do not understand but also be willing to challenge anyone who questions the moral integrity of the company or any of its executives. That being said, the initial job is quite straight forward, we purchase and sell things for this company, so your job initially will be to a) create a e-commerce store / brand for the company, b) maintain its reputation by answering all questions comments concerns inspections, verification etc as promptly as possible, c) ensure that the company is optomizing its advertising and that customers questions are answered in a timely orderly fashion with logs of contact. d) you will be provided with lists initially to purchase and / or sell, and will be responsible for inventory of these items, maintaining the ecommerce platforms, answering any questions comments or concerns by potential investors and/or clients, e) making sure we are purchasing some of the best products, and that there is enough margin when we do go to sell were able to cover all cost plus a margin for profit, and customer concerns, returns, lost items so on so forth. Are products are mainly service based, so you will be responsible to respond to any and all of there requests comments or concerns and be the face of the brand. As time goes on you will be taught how to setup some of these services, and access to all platforms. At this company our main goal is to empower you to go above and beyond for the customer, and we want to see you succeed, by providing the product, it is up to you how the clients recieve & maintain it. That is down the road though and depends entirely how much you want this, and what your willing to contribute to make this and yourself a winner! Starting out we will start working on your communication skills, and purchasing / selling techniques along with ensuring your organization. We sell web based services such as web hosting, website URL's dns protection, cpanel accounts, VPNs for safety and SSL certs to verify website owners. We also buy, sell and exchange physical products such as trading cards and this is where we need your help the most right now. Your first task will to be to take this spreadsheet of cards that I have, and find them for sale in near mint condition. Your first task will be to find each and every card for the cheapest price available (including any fees or shipping etc), We need to know the website, the total all in pricing including shipping, does the price drop if you order multiple from the same seller, and if so then by how much? Does it make sense to buy it as a bundle through the same seller or individually elsewhere? Is the seller credible, have they sold things before, whats there rating so on so forth (basically becoming a personal shopper). You will then spreadsheet all this data, and prepare an order for us to purchase wherever the lowest price and best review(s) are. From there you need to keep track of whats been purchased and for what, and what we can sell (ex. maube we buy a lot of cards as we needed a few specific ones, well once we take those out if we resell the others we didnt need, whats our profit / loss look like? Is there a history with the cards were purchasing that shows statistically they go up and or down, and if so should we hold on or hold out so long and what would that look like approx. When we do sell something you will be responsible for communicating with the customer, answering any tickets or questions, making sure payment went through and they got there details to login or we have what we need to send out if its a physical item etc That means if we need packing material, or to buy a scale and sleeves to prevent damage etc you need to factor that into the cost, and make sure we have enough margins to pay you, and be profitable. This will be your first assignment, and as time continues more responsibilities will be entrusted with you, and may reflect in your pay in the future as well. I know it sounds like alot, but were also here to help you as we want you to be successful. If there is any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
