3D/AI Workflow Developer for Photorealistic Winner Design Kitchen
Worldwide
Project overview At its core, my requirement is simple: I provide a visual exported from Winner Design and want to obtain the same kitchen, decorated and rendered photorealistically. The difficulty is that purely AI-based image generation tends to modify the original design. It may change cabinet divisions, proportions, fillers, handle channels, appliances, sinks, taps, materials, or other details. The kitchen presented to my client is contractual. A visually attractive image is therefore not acceptable if it no longer represents the kitchen designed and sold. Scope of this first project This job is for a limited first functional version, based on one real kitchen project. I am not expecting a complete commercial application or a fully customised production platform within this initial budget. I am looking for an expert who already has relevant experience, tools, or an existing workflow that can be configured or adapted to my use case. The purpose of this first project is to demonstrate a reliable and reusable technical approach before considering any future improvements. The fixed budget for this initial version is approximately USD 550. Input files The primary input will be a rendered visual exported from Winner Design. If useful, I may also provide: an IFC file exported from Winner; a VRML/WRL file exported from Winner; elevations and floor plans; line or wireframe views; several views of the same project; photographs of actual materials; photographs of the existing room; reference images for decoration and atmosphere. The successful solution must not require me to rebuild manually in SketchUp or Blender what I have already designed in Winner. Essential requirement: preserve the kitchen design The result must preserve, as far as they are visible in the source material: the overall kitchen layout; dimensions and proportions; cabinet positions and widths; door and drawer divisions; joints between cabinet fronts; handle channels; front fillers and cabinet fillers; end panels, plinths, and worktops; splashbacks and their joints; appliance positions and proportions; the sink and tap; doors, windows, and architectural elements; contractually specified materials and colours. The original framing should be preserved as closely as reasonably possible. However, if the solution uses imported 3D data, slightly different framing may be accepted if the geometry, proportions, perspective, and real design remain accurate. Geometric conformity is more important than producing an apparently identical image in which AI has modified the kitchen. Decoration and photorealism The solution may improve: materials and textures; lighting, shadows, and reflections; photographic realism; the general atmosphere; room decoration; non-contractual accessories; scenery visible through the windows. I would also like to be able to make simple decorative changes without regenerating or modifying the kitchen, for example: adding a table and chairs; adding or moving accessories; changing a light fitting; changing the colour of a kettle or toaster; replacing an exterior view; changing the lighting atmosphere. Contractual elements should remain locked, while decorative areas may be modified more freely. Technology I am open to the most appropriate technical solution. It may use: Blender or another 3D application; a photorealistic rendering engine; ComfyUI, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, or ControlNet; depth, lineart, wireframe, masking, or inpainting; Photoshop or Firefly; Python or existing automation scripts; IFC or VRML/WRL import; a hybrid 3D and AI workflow. ComfyUI and n8n are not mandatory. The candidate must explain why the proposed method can preserve geometry and how much manual intervention will remain necessary for each new project. Deliverables for this initial version The expected deliverables are: A photorealistic result produced from the supplied real Winner project. A reusable workflow or process that I can run again. All workflow files, scripts, presets, and configuration files used for this version. A simple installation and operating guide. A demonstration showing how to process the project. A demonstration of at least one local decorative change without altering the rest of the kitchen. A clear explanation of the current limitations and the work that would be required for a more complete future version. A custom user interface and extensive bespoke software development are not required at this stage. The project will not be considered complete if only the final images are delivered without the reusable workflow used to create them. What I am not looking for Please do not apply if your proposal consists only of: manually rebuilding each kitchen from scratch; producing individual images on demand; applying a simple prompt to the complete image; freely redesigning the kitchen; delivering a workflow that only you can operate; promising a complete custom platform within this limited initial budget. Evaluation of applicants I will not request free usable work. Before hiring, shortlisted applicants may be asked to provide evidence of existing experience, such as: before-and-after examples they personally produced; examples showing accurate geometry preservation; a video of an existing workflow; a live demonstration using one of their own previous projects or files; an explanation of their proposed technical approach. Portfolio images alone are not sufficient if they do not show how the result was produced. Questions to answer in your proposal Please answer the following questions precisely: Have you previously developed a reusable architectural visualisation workflow rather than only producing individual images? Can you show a before-and-after example in which the original geometry was preserved? What technical approach would you use for this initial version? Would you use the rendered image, the IFC/VRML data, or a combination of both? How would you preserve cabinet divisions, fillers, handle channels, appliances, and other contractual details? How would you prevent AI from modifying elements that must remain locked? What manual intervention would still be required for each new kitchen? Which workflow files, scripts, and documentation would you deliver? Can you demonstrate an existing workflow on a project that belongs to you? What can realistically be delivered within the stated budget? Please do not send a generic response. I am looking for a concrete and technically honest proposal explaining how the geometry-preservation problem will be addressed.
