AI Workflow & Email Automation Expert Needed (Make.com / n8n / Zapier / AI Agents)

We are looking for an experienced AI Workflow & Email Automation Expert to build intelligent automation systems that streamline our business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and email automation platforms. You'll be responsible for designing reliable, scalable automations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Build AI-powered workflows using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms. Create and optimize email automation sequences. Integrate APIs and third-party applications. Connect CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, and other business tools. Automate lead management, follow-ups, notifications, and internal processes. Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows. Document workflows for future maintenance. Required Skills: Strong experience with Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools. Experience integrating AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.). API integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON). Email automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.). CRM automation experience. Ability to build scalable, error-resistant workflows. Nice to Have: Experience with Python or JavaScript. Experience with vector databases or RAG workflows.
