AI Workflow & Knowledge Systems Analyst (Part-Time) About the Project I am building MyTrawlerHub, a niche online directory and resource platform focused on trawler owners, cruising boaters, liveaboards, and long-range cruisers. The website structure, categories, and overall business model are largely complete. The next phase is scaling data collection, classification, quality control, and AI-assisted workflows. I already have offshore data stewards helping collect and review information. What I need now is someone who can help capture business knowledge, document decision-making processes, and build AI-assisted systems that dramatically reduce the amount of manual review required. This is not a software development project. This is not a virtual assistant role. This is not a data-entry role. I am looking for someone who can take business knowledge and turn it into repeatable systems that can be executed by AI and supported by offshore staff. I am looking for someone who can help design a repeatable system that allows AI and offshore staff to perform most of the work consistently and accurately. All deliverables must be fully documented and transferable. Any AI workflows, prompts, SOPs, spreadsheets, review processes, or automation concepts developed during the engagement must be documented so they can be recreated and maintained independently.
