AI Workflow Operator - Claude/Cowork (Remote, Philippines) - Trial to Start

AI Office Company is looking for a detail-oriented remote assistant with hands-on Claude/ChatGPT experience to help run our AI-driven client workflows. Note: this job doesn't require to work during US hours. You can set your own schedule. This is not a general admin/EA role. Day-to-day work includes: - Writing and testing AI workflows in Claude/Cowork - Running live workflows for clients on a recurring basis, including customer-facing work such as social media content and other client-facing programs/platforms - Acting as the human "Operator" — reviewing AI-drafted outputs and approving/editing/rejecting before anything goes out to a client You'll be working directly inside Claude and Cowork, following documented procedures, and will need to be comfortable picking up whatever platforms a given client uses (social media schedulers, CRMs, etc.). Strong written English and comfort double-checking AI output for accuracy are essential — nothing goes to a client without your review first. This starts as a trial period before any longer-term commitment.
