AI Workflow Research Assistant / Prompt Engineer for Creative Business Systems

I am building an AI-assisted creative production company called Monarch Creative. My work involves YouTube thumbnails, poker content, livestream packaging, creator content systems, and eventually AI-assisted operations for clients. I am looking for someone who understands AI prompting, AI agents, automations, and practical AI workflows. This is not a senior engineering role yet. I am mainly looking for someone who can help me research, test, and document useful AI workflows that could help run a creative business. The first project will be small and experimental. I want you to: 1. Show me examples of how you personally use AI tools. 2. Explain your prompting process clearly. 3. Research AI agent/workflow ideas for a creative content business. 4. Help design simple systems for tasks like: - organizing client/project context - creating thumbnail prompts - turning messy notes into SOPs - preparing editor briefs - building content calendars - generating title/thumbnail ideas - reviewing creative work with a checklist 5. Create simple documentation I can reuse. Tools that may be relevant: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Canva, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Notion/Craft, Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Sheets, or other AI tools. Important: I do not need someone who only writes generic prompts. I need someone who thinks in systems. Please explain what AI workflows or agents you have built before, even if they are simple.
