## Real Estate High Ticket Closer — 50% of Assignment Fee Per Closed Deal | Joint Venture Opportunity CSH Dispositions is a Tennessee real estate wholesaling company focused on helping property owners sell quickly and simply. We are looking for ambitious, reliable cold callers who want more than a low hourly rate and are motivated by meaningful, performance-based income. This is **not an hourly or salaried role**. It is a long-term joint venture opportunity for callers who can consistently create real opportunities and want to be compensated fairly when those opportunities turn into closed deals. ### How You Get Paid Before starting, selected callers will sign a broad written joint venture agreement. For every lead you personally generate that goes under contract and successfully closes, you will receive: **50% of the assignment fee from that deal.** This compensation structure is simple and transparent. Your 50% share for leads you bring in will **never be reduced, changed, renegotiated, or replaced** later. You generate the opportunity; we handle acquisitions, contracting, buyer disposition, and closing. When your lead closes, you participate directly in the assignment fee. There is no artificial cap on your income. The more qualified, motivated seller leads you produce that close, the more you earn. ### Typical Deal Economics Our assignment fees vary by property, seller motivation, and deal structure, but a typical assignment fee is approximately **$10,000** per closed deal. Because your share is 50%, that means a typical closed lead could pay you around **$5,000**. Larger deals can pay more, and there is no cap on the number of qualified leads you can generate and earn from. ### Your Responsibilities You will be calling property owners from lead lists provided by our company and helping us identify homeowners who may be interested in selling. Your responsibilities will include: * Making outbound cold calls to property owners * Following our calling process while communicating naturally and professionally * Building rapport and identifying motivated sellers * Gathering accurate information on property condition, asking price, motivation, timeline, occupancy, and decision-makers * Identifying whether a seller is open to receiving a cash offer * Taking detailed notes and accurately submitting qualified leads to our team * Maintaining consistent follow-up and professional communication ### Who This Is For This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, self-directed, competitive, and interested in building performance-based income rather than relying on a small hourly wage.
