Worldwide Rolex Authorized Dealer Research & Outreach (Multiple Freelancers Needed) I am looking to hire multiple detail-oriented freelancers to assist with a large-scale worldwide research and outreach project involving every Authorized Rolex Dealer (AD) in the world. This is a research, organization, and professional communication project that requires excellent English, strong attention to detail, persistence, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Scope of Work Your assignment will include: * Researching and identifying every Authorized Rolex Dealer worldwide. * Creating a comprehensive spreadsheet that includes, at a minimum: * Country * State/Province/Region (where applicable) * City * Dealer name * Physical address * Telephone number * Email address * Website * General manager or boutique manager (if obtainable) * Sales associate contact (if obtainable) * Notes regarding the store and any relevant information Once the database is complete, you will begin contacting each dealer. Dealer Outreach You will professionally contact every dealer by phone (and email when appropriate) to: * Inquire whether a specific Rolex reference is currently available for immediate purchase. * If it is not available, determine whether there is a waiting list. * Attempt to establish a professional relationship with the store and, where possible, speak with a manager or senior sales associate. * Explain that your client is a serious buyer who is willing to travel anywhere in the world to purchase the watch and is prepared to complete the transaction immediately if one becomes available. * Ask whether they would consider adding the client to their waiting list despite residing outside the local area. * Gather as much useful information as possible regarding allocation practices, estimated wait times, deposit requirements, purchase history expectations, and any recommendations the dealer may have. Documentation Every interaction should be thoroughly documented, including: * Date and time of contact * Person spoken with * Position/title * Summary of the conversation * Inventory status * Waitlist status * Manager comments * Follow-up recommendations * Next action required The spreadsheet should be clean, organized, and easy to sort and filter. Ideal Candidate You should: * Speak excellent English (additional languages are a significant advantage). * Be comfortable making a high volume of professional phone calls. * Have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. * Be organized and meticulous. * Be persistent while always remaining courteous and professional. * Provide frequent progress updates. * Be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Future Work This is intended to be an ongoing relationship. Freelancers who perform exceptionally well will be invited to work on similar worldwide projects involving other luxury watch brands, including: * Audemars Piguet * Patek Philippe There may also be additional luxury brand research and outreach projects in the future.
