Write PD modules for teachers/principals in Aust. primary schools explicit instruction Full Time

Full time availability is a must. You must have very very strong English writing skills!! We are looking for an expert to write high quality, interactive lessons that form part of the learning tutorials for principals and teachers. If you have never written for schools before please do not apply. Essentially you create story boards for lessons based on a set of learning outcomes that must be achieved. There are a number of existing modules and also a number of key source documents that you largely copy select appropriate information from to make the trainings. We have a very clear method for developing our lessons and clear writing style for them. The activities must comply with our style guide. • High level of English as first language is definitely required. They are written in very plain business speak and you are required to write them in the same style as all existing modules. • Knowledge of school leadership in Australian/England/ New Zealand or the USA is an advantage. • Knowledge of explicit instruction is an advantage. • Knowledge of contemporary school improvement in Australian/England or USA an advantage. You are required to submit them through a review and signoff process. You then work with the digital team to assemble the lessons and ensure what is done and the photos and video that are done suit the topics. This role could be ongoing for at least six months and also full time if possible or part time. We use a doc review system and take on feedback if there is anything required • You will be provided a simple brief too follow and the same repeat instructions • We have a system in the cloud so you need to work on our system • You will communicate with us via your own company email and not through Upwork except if its contract related as we all work through Microsoft outlook and communicate regularly (and we don’t have notifications on Upwork on our system).
