Writing VA & Content Coordinator - YouTube Scripts, Blog, LinkedIn, Books
Worldwide
We're a fast-moving web services and digital growth brand building a full content engine from the ground up — blog, YouTube, LinkedIn, and two books in active development. We need a Writing VA and Content Coordinator who can move fluidly across all of these mediums, help us build the foundation as we go, and thrive in an environment where things are evolving and priorities shift. This is a build-as-you-go role. We are not handing you a finished system with clear SOPs and a locked content calendar. We are building that together. If you need everything perfectly defined before you can start, this isn't the right fit. If you're energized by being part of building something from the ground up and you're comfortable with direction that evolves — keep reading. What you'll own: YouTube scripts — take raw ideas, rough outlines, or existing drafts and turn them into tight, engaging scripts ready for production Blog management — write, edit, and publish content for the HoneyVectors blog with consistency and quality LinkedIn content — repurpose and adapt content into posts that build authority and drive engagement Book support — research, draft, and refine chapters and sections based on direction and existing material Content repurposing — take one piece of content and adapt it across multiple platforms without it feeling copy-pasted AI-assisted content — use AI tools fluently to generate, refine, and adapt content across mediums Production coordination — for heavily produced YouTube content, help coordinate or oversee production elements when needed What this looks like day-to-day: Some days you'll receive a rough script and be asked to tighten it. Other days you'll get a topic and a prompt and be expected to run with it. Some weeks the priority is the blog, others it's YouTube or the book. You adapt, you execute, and you flag when something needs clarity rather than waiting to be told what to do next. You're the right fit if you: Write naturally and compellingly in English — your words don't sound robotic even when AI helped produce them Are genuinely fluent with AI writing tools — you prompt well, edit better, and know how to get great output fast Can adapt tone and format across mediums without losing the voice Are comfortable with ambiguity and change — you see this as opportunity, not frustration Are proactive and self-directed — you don't wait to be told what needs doing Have real experience writing across at least two of these formats: scripts, blog, LinkedIn, books, or newsletters Are excited to help build something, not just maintain it Start: Immediate Duration: Long-term — this grows with us
