Xano, Noloco, Zoho for CRM and Billing

Backend & Integrations Developer (Xano, Noloco, Zoho CRM) Job Description We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to manage and expand our business operations platform. Our stack is built on Xano (Backend), Noloco (Frontend/Portal), and Zoho (CRM & Billing). We need a long-term partner to maintain our existing database, optimize current integrations, and build new automated workflows to make our company operate more seamlessly. Our system currently handles complex logic for student/staff management, contract billing, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring data flows correctly between Zoho, our Xano database, and the Noloco user interface. Responsibilities Xano Backend Management: Maintain and update our Xano database (PostgreSQL-based). This includes managing tables for contracts, invoices, payments, staff, and students. Integration Optimization: Manage and troubleshoot existing Zoho webhooks and bulk import functions (Invoices, Payments, Subscriptions). Maintain and expand the Noloco API sync endpoints to ensure the frontend stays up-to-date with backend changes. Workflow Automation: Build and refine custom functions in Xano for complex business logic, such as payment splits, commission vesting schedules, and quarterly financial summaries. New Feature Development: Work with our team to design and implement new tools to improve operational efficiency (e.g., student counselor history tracking, automated billing triggers). Maintenance & Security: Perform regular "maintenance" tasks (e.g., duplicate checking, backfilling data) and ensure API security via RBAC and Auth roles. Required Skills Xano Expert: Deep understanding of Xano’s API builder, database schema design, and custom functions. Experience with XanoScript is a significant plus. Integrations Specialist: Proven experience working with Zoho APIs (CRM/Books/Subscriptions) and Webhooks. Noloco Experience: Familiarity with building or maintaining portals in Noloco and syncing them with a Xano backend. Financial/Billing Logic: Experience building systems that handle invoices, ledger entries, and payout calculations. Problem Solver: Ability to look at a complex set of tables and functions and find ways to make them more efficient. Complex Tables: Managed relationships between Parents, Students, Staff, and Partners. Custom Functions: Advanced logic for billing quarters and revenue master views.
