Xero - Bookkeeper needed to setup and update records

Virtual Assistant – Bookkeeping & Xero Support I'm looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with experience in Xero to help manage bookkeeping for two small organisations in Australia. Responsibilities * Reconcile bank transactions in Xero. * Categorise transactions correctly - to Australian Tax Laws * Review accounts for any discrepancies or uncategorised items. * Enter and reconcile monthly statements from accounts not connected to Xero. * Keep financial records organised and up to date. * Suggest and implement simple automations or efficiencies where appropriate. Requirements * Experience using Xero. * Basic bookkeeping knowledge. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and identify issues that need attention. Hours This is a part-time ongoing role. Initially there may be some setup and cleanup work required, but once everything is organised, the role is expected to take approximately 2-3 hours per week.
