Xero Integration Expert — Daily Reconciliation for Multi-Store WooCommerce/Shopify

I run a drinks production and ecommerce group based in Ireland, with 15–20 active WooCommerce and Shopify stores selling third-party brands under our off-licence. I need an expert to properly connect these stores to Xero for accounting. The core problem: Most connectors sync every individual order into Xero as a separate transaction. At our volume, across this many stores, that creates hundreds of reconciliation lines a day — it's become unmanageable. What I need instead is daily summary reconciliation: one consolidated entry per store per day (sales total, fees, refunds, tax breakdown), matched against the actual payout from Stripe/PayPal etc. — not order-by-order syncing.
