Xero Setup Specialist for Online Education Business (Stripe, Whop, Bank, Multi-Currency)

We run an online education and agency business (dropservicing.com). Revenue comes in via Stripe (settling to a NZ bank account), Whop, PayPal, and direct international wires. We need an experienced Xero specialist to set up bookkeeping and invoicing from scratch and hand it over as a clean, documented process. Our setup, so you can scope accurately: Whop revenue stays in Whop and funds USD card spend (software subscriptions plus large ad-account top-ups) Stripe settles to a Kiwibank business account (NZD), which pays contractor invoices in multiple currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, PLN, INR, AUD) and tops up a separate NZD card used for Google Ads and software Regular owner drawings and internal transfers between accounts that must not pollute the P&L Scope of work: Xero org setup, chart of accounts, and multi-currency configuration for a digital services business Kiwibank bank feeds for the business account and card; a reliable CSV import workflow for Whop card transactions (no native feed exists); Stripe and PayPal via the right connector Reconciliation rules that auto-categorize recurring items: ad platform top-ups, software subscriptions, contractor payments, and correctly handle internal transfers and drawings Branded invoice templates and a simple invoicing workflow for agency clients Tracking categories by business line Reconcile an initial backlog to establish a correct starting position A short SOP plus Loom walkthrough so our team can run the monthly close Requirements: Xero certified or equivalent, direct Stripe reconciliation experience in Xero, multi-currency experience, clear async communication.
