Xero expert needed for set up for UK property landlord for MTD

Summary

We need help with setting up Xero for MTD for property income. We are a couple with 4 rental flats, one of them is owned jointly. We have set up the bank feed but need help setting up for joint property income (50%). We also need to know how to deal with shared repair expenses with other leaseholders that we paid for fully (and will get reimbursed for). also we would like to know how to record expenses that are not in the bank feed, for example they were paid from a different account or in cash. Once the set up is complete we would like ongoing support, until we know how to use Xero.
