Yardi AP/AR & Reporting Expert

I’m looking for someone who already feels at home inside Yardi. Your main focus will be setting up Yardi platform data based out of our previous property management software that is currently in use and also running our day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflow in the platform and then closing the books on a fixed monthly schedule. Here’s what the engagement looks like: • Process all invoices, receipts, and tenant charges in Yardi, make sure vendor payments go out on time, and keep the AR aging clean. • At month-end, complete the close in Yardi and deliver three standard reports straight from the system—Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement—ready for management review. • Flag discrepancies early, communicate status updates clearly, and suggest any process tweaks that could tighten internal controls. Acceptance criteria • Zero unapplied cash or open batches left at close. • Financial statements match Yardi’s GL without manual adjustments. • Reports delivered no later than the 5th business day of each month.
