YouTube Assistant: Logistics in Ho Chi Minh City

🛑 Applicants must currently be located in Ho Chi Minh City. Producing a self-shot YouTube series in HCMC from July 17–30, 2026, and need a local, creator-minded assistant for pre-planning and filming logistics. You will help: ◘ Identify locations, story angles, and people ◘ Arrange candid 'unplanned' street interviews ◘ Logistics ◘ Provide cultural insights and challenge weak ideas ◘ IMPORTANT: Tailor the message/scenes to the channel's exact demographic This is not a videographer, editor, or camera-operator role. Filming is self-shot, minimally edited, vlog-style. You should understand basic video production, including DJI cameras, wireless audio, framing, lighting, B-roll, and identifying poor sound or missing footage. Ideal candidate: ◘ Currently based in HCMC ◘ Strong English and Vietnamese ◘ Critical thinker and culturally aware storyteller ◘ Organized, candid, curious, and comfortable approaching people ◘ Familiar with HCMC’s expat, business, upscale, creative, and mature nightlife scenes ◘ Has created their own YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other video content Rate: $20–$30 per hour Approximately 50–70 hours, including pre-planning and field support.
