YouTube Channel Growth Manager (Build & Scale a High-RPM Faceless Channel)

I am looking for a highly experienced YouTube Channel Growth Manager to build and scale a faceless YouTube channel from the ground up. This is NOT a video editing position. This is NOT a script writing position. This is NOT a thumbnail design position. I am looking for someone who understands the entire YouTube business and can take ownership of the complete content operation. My goal is to build a premium USA-focused YouTube channel in a high-CPM/high-RPM niche and achieve monetization as quickly as possible while creating a long-term media asset that can generate substantial revenue over the next 2–3 years.
