YouTube Channel Manager for Storytelling and Interview Channel

I need someone to manage my YouTube channel. Responsibilities include help with scripting, editing videos, and posting content while managing the posting schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and content management, ensuring consistent and engaging content for our audience. The work flow would be collaborating and agreeing on a script on a topic I have researched. I fill the raw footage of the script as the story teller. Then that raw footage will be sent back to you to edit with relevant B-roll you source that is open source, and public domain related to or adjacent to the case I am discussing. So I will need help sourcing bodycam footage or crime photos, or again, public domain footage and then that is edited in the relevant parts of where I am telling the story. Occasionally I will have interview episodes where I am interviewing someone. That will need minimal if any B-roll but editing for clarity and flow will be intentional.
