YouTube Compilation Video Editor

I'm looking for a video editor for my YouTube channel featuring near-death and close-call compilations — clips of people narrowly escaping danger and walking away. I provide the video clips, and you handle the rest — writing the narration script, generating the voice over, and editing everything into a finished compilation. Ideally you already have (or are willing to get) paid Claude and ElevenLabs subscriptions, since you'll use Claude for the scripts and ElevenLabs for the voice over. The style should be clean but transformative.
