YouTube Content Manager / Ideation Assistant We're looking for an experienced YouTube Content Manager/Ideation Assistant to help manage the production workflow for our growing YouTube channels while contributing strong content ideas that drive views. This is NOT just a publishing or scheduling role. We're looking for someone who understands YouTube, can think strategically about content, and enjoys working with writers, editors, and thumbnail designers to produce high-performing videos. Responsibilities: * Research and develop strong video ideas and angles. * Help identify titles and thumbnail directions with high click potential. * Coordinate with writers, editors, and thumbnail designers throughout production. * Review completed videos for quality, accuracy, pronunciation, and SOP compliance. * Check videos against YouTube policies and community guidelines. * Upload and schedule videos in YouTube Studio. * Keep Trello organized and ensure projects stay on schedule. * Help identify workflow bottlenecks and follow up with team members when needed. * Perform basic video edits or adjustments when required. * Other related tasks as needed. Requirements * Previous experience managing YouTube content or channel operations. * Experience contributing to content ideation, topic research, or title/thumbnail strategy. * Strong understanding of what makes videos perform on YouTube. * Experience using YouTube Studio. * Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail. * Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. * Strong written English communication skills. Nice to Have * Experience using tools such as VidIQ, 1of10, or similar YouTube research tools. * Experience working with writers, editors, and thumbnail designers. * Experience using Trello or similar project management software. * Experience with true crime or documentary-style content.
