YouTube Content Researcher Needed for Ongoing Channel Development

I run a network of family-friendly YouTube channels and need an ongoing content researcher to help find proven content ideas. I will give you the channel concept, target audience, character dynamics, and type of content we’re looking for. Your job is to find videos that already perform well and match those dynamics. (Short and long form) This is not about copying content. It’s about finding proven concepts, topics, skits, trends, hooks, formats, and ideas we can use as inspiration for original content. Main Responsibilities Research content from: YouTube Shorts Instagram Reels TikTok Organize findings in a Google Sheet with: Platform Video link Channel/account link Title/caption Views Likes Comments Short note on why it fits What I’m Looking For I need someone who understands social media, can spot content that is actually working (relevant, not dated), and can follow specific creative direction. I am not looking for random links, generic AI ideas, mindless data mining software, or surface-level research. This is ongoing, as-needed work.
