YouTube Creative Strategist & Scriptwriter — SPANISH REQUIRED

We are a growing YouTube content agency looking for a highly creative YouTube Creative Strategist to join our team long-term. IMPORTANT: Fluent/Native-level SPANISH is mandatory. All content will be created in Spanish. We are NOT looking for someone who simply writes scripts. We are looking for someone who understands YouTube, thinks creatively, researches viral content and can turn successful formats into original ideas for our clients. What you'll do Research viral and high-performing YouTube videos. Find successful formats across different niches, countries and markets. Turn those references into original concepts for our clients. Generate strong video ideas. Develop titles, thumbnail concepts and hooks. Research each video's topic. Structure videos for retention and storytelling. Write or develop YouTube scripts. Analyze competitors and identify content opportunities. Help manage the creative direction of different YouTube channels. What we're looking for Fluent/Native-level Spanish — REQUIRED. Someone extremely creative and curious. Strong understanding of YouTube. Ability to identify why videos go viral. Strong research skills. Understanding of CTR, retention, hooks and storytelling. Ability to find inspiration outside the client's niche. Independent and proactive. Comfortable using AI tools for research and productivity. We do NOT want someone who simply generates generic scripts with ChatGPT. You don't necessarily need years of professional experience. Creativity, YouTube knowledge and good judgment matter more to us than your CV. Example Imagine one of our clients creates content about sales. You might find a successful video in another niche: Original concept: "I Tried Selling The Most Useless Product" And adapt the format into: Our concept: "I Tried Selling a Completely Useless Product" That's the type of creative thinking we're looking for.
