This is not a beginner role. We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing six-figure ad spend while driving measurable performance improvements. **About Us:** 911 Restoration is a national restoration brand with a strong marketing engine. We are launching a major campaign featuring Howie Mandel and need an expert to help us scale and optimize performance across YouTube and Display. --- **Scope of Work:** **1. Howie Mandel Campaign (90 Days)** * Manage YouTube and Google Display Network campaigns * Total budget: * **YouTube:** $75,000 * **Display:** $25,000 * Plan campaign structure, targeting, and creative deployment * Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns * Adjust targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and creatives based on performance **2. Ongoing Franchise Lead Generation Campaigns (Always-On)** * Manage and optimize YouTube + Display campaigns focused on franchise recruitment * Improve lead quality and cost per lead over time * Continuously test new audiences, creatives, and funnel strategies --- **Responsibilities:** * Full campaign setup and deployment in Google Ads * Ongoing performance monitoring and optimization * A/B testing (audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies) * Budget allocation and pacing * Identifying opportunities to scale high-performing segments * Proactively suggesting improvements (we don’t want someone who just “maintains” campaigns) --- **Reporting Requirements:** **Weekly Reporting (simple + clear):** * Spend * Clicks * Impressions * CTR * CPC * Summary of optimizations made that week **Monthly Reporting:** * Performance trends and insights * Summary of optimizations * **Lead lift analysis (month-over-month)** to measure campaign impact on lead generation --- **Ideal Candidate:** * Proven experience managing **YouTube Ads + Google Display campaigns at scale** * Strong understanding of **lead generation funnels** * Experience with **audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization** * Data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on performance * Clear communicator (we value concise, actionable reporting) --- **Nice to Have:** * Experience with franchise or multi-location businesses * Experience working with high-profile or brand-driven campaigns * Familiarity with integrating paid media with broader marketing efforts --- **Engagement Details:** * Initial term: **90 days** * Potential for ongoing work based on performance * Must be available for weekly check-ins --- **To Apply:** Please include: 1.
