YouTube Documentary Video Editor Needed (Long-Term Collaboration)

We are looking for a reliable YouTube Documentary Video Editor to help create high-retention faceless documentary videos. Our style is inspired by successful channels like MagnatesMedia, James Jani, Moon, and Vidrush — cinematic editing, strong storytelling, and engaging pacing. We are building multiple YouTube projects and are looking for both Junior and Senior Editors. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. What We Provide: Complete script Voice-over narration Editing references/examples Clear instructions and feedback Thumbnail direction if needed Your Job: Find copyright-safe footage, images, maps, and graphics Create engaging documentary-style edits Add smooth zooms, pans, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music Maintain strong pacing and viewer retention Current Junior Project: Around 20 videos planned Video length: 10–20 minutes Total budget: $200 for 20 videos Payment will be made per completed video after delivery and approval This project is suitable for editors who are building their portfolio, looking for consistent work, and want to grow with a YouTube channel. For experienced editors, we also have Senior-level projects with higher budgets based on quality and experience.
