I need a video editor/content operator who can take raw talking-head footage and turn it into clean, trustworthy, practical YouTube videos and short-form clips. This is not flashy influencer content. The audience is adult children with aging parents. They may be worried, overwhelmed, or realizing their family is not prepared. The content should feel calm, credible, warm, and useful. Think: Clear educational YouTube video. Simple captions. Checklist overlays. Light B-roll. Practical family planning advice. Not: Meme edits. Loud effects. Overly aggressive TikTok editing. Cheap AI-looking content. Overproduced corporate healthcare video. WHAT I WILL PROVIDE: * Raw talking-head footage * Script or outline * Brand direction * CTA * Skool/community link * Example videos/styles to reference WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO: For each long-form video: * Remove mistakes, repeated lines, filler words, and long pauses * Use the cleanest take when I repeat a line * Keep the delivery natural and trustworthy * Add clean captions where appropriate * Add simple text overlays * Add checklist graphics * Add section titles * Add tasteful B-roll when useful * Add light zooms/cuts to maintain attention * Add a simple CTA screen at the end * Create a clean thumbnail concept * Export final YouTube-ready video For short-form clips: * Find the best moments from the long-form video * Create vertical clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok * Add captions * Add strong hook text on screen * Keep each clip between 20–45 seconds when possible * Format for 9:16 vertical video TEST PROJECT: For the first paid test, I need: 1. One edited YouTube video, approximately 6–8 minutes 2. Three short-form clips from the same footage 3. One simple thumbnail concept 4. A short note with 3–5 additional clip ideas from the footage STYLE GUIDELINES: Clean. Warm. Practical. Trustworthy. Emotionally clear. Slightly urgent, but not fearmongering. The goal is to make adult children feel: “This is useful. I should get organized before something happens to Mom or Dad.” TOOLS: You can use Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, OpusClip, or similar tools. AI tools are fine, but the final result should not feel generic, robotic, or low-quality. Please mention which tools you use. IMPORTANT EDITING NOTE: When filming, I may repeat lines after mistakes. Please cut out the bad takes and use the cleanest version. I may also clap after mistakes to mark the timeline. Please remove those parts.
