We’re looking for a video editor for an entrepreneurship + lifestyle-focused YouTube channel. Think the pacing, storytelling, and energy of creators like Iman Gadzhi and Gary Vaynerchuk — fast-paced, emotionally engaging, clean, intentional edits that keep attention without feeling overproduced. Important context: The channel is currently unmonetized, so we’re investing out of pocket right now. That said, we’re taking this seriously and there is definitely room to grow the relationship as the channel scales, monetizes, and expands into larger content systems. We’re not looking for someone just cutting clips together. We want someone who understands: - Storytelling + retention - Internet culture / pacing Content will include: - Entrepreneurship / startup life - NYC / event-based vlogs - Educational content - Talking head + cinematic vlog hybrid content Bonus if you: - Have experience editing YouTube content - Understand retention - Can help shape narratives, not just edit - Are proactive creatively - Have an eye for thumbnails/titles/story packaging - Are funny!
