About the Role We're looking for an exceptional YouTube editor who understands high-retention explainer videos, modern pacing, and AI-assisted production workflows. This is not a generic social media editing role. We're building a premium explainer channel inspired by creators such as: Johnny Harris James Jani Visual Venture MagnatesMedia Fern Kurzgesagt (pacing, not animation style) RPN Creator The videos are 30-90 second AI-assisted explainers covering technology, psychology, history, science, business, and interesting facts. Our goal is simple: Create videos that stop scrolling, hold attention, and maximize retention. What You'll Be Editing You'll receive: Professional AI voiceover Script AI-generated artwork Stock footage (when required) Brand guidelines Your job is turning these assets into engaging, polished videos with excellent pacing. Software Any professional software is fine, including: Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro CapCut Pro (advanced users) AI Experience (Preferred) Experience with tools such as: Runway Veo Midjourney ChatGPT ElevenLabs Nano Banana Kling Pika Sora CapCut AI is a strong advantage.
