YouTube Growth Manager & Podcast Content Strategist

About the Role We are building the ERW Podcast, a business, leadership, entrepreneurship, history, and personal development brand. We are looking for a YouTube Growth Manager & Podcast Content Strategist who can help us grow our audience organically. This is not just a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to increase YouTube subscribers, watch time, engagement, and overall channel growth. Responsibilities Upload one weekly podcast to YouTube Optimize titles for high click-through rates (CTR) Write SEO-friendly descriptions Create chapter timestamps Upload thumbnails Schedule all content Create and publish 10–20 Shorts from each podcast Repurpose content for Facebook, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X Organize playlists Add end screens and cards Monitor YouTube Analytics Recommend ways to improve retention, CTR, watch time, and subscriber growth Requirements Proven experience growing YouTube channels Strong understanding of YouTube SEO Experience with YouTube Studio Experience with podcast channels Experience creating Shorts Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, vidIQ or TubeBuddy is a plus Strong written English To Apply Please include: Links to YouTube channels you have managed.
