YouTube Growth Manager for Newer Channel

I have a YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkbvKV7Z3DfKGx09VjATgxQ that I am looking to grow intentionally. I am building a consulting framework and I have big goals around growing my YouTube presence, building subscribers, and becoming the recognized authority in this space on the platform. I have never been very intentional about YouTube, but I am committed to putting a great team together and leveraging YouTube to build this offer and authority. The priority for now is to grow authority in this space, not necessarily to sell or get leads, which can be a future goal. My target audience is founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and high-performers who have already built successful businesses but are overwhelmed by the complexity their own success has created. These are not beginners. They are already executing at a high level but are drowning in decisions, struggling to scale, and unable to fully enjoy what they have built. They could be a success solopreneur, or someone already running a team. The content I produce speaks directly to that person. It is educational, diagnostic, and cuts against the typical productivity and morning routine content you see everywhere. More strategic than motivational, with a very specific point of view and a defined methodology behind every video. I have a strong editor and thumbnail designer already in place so the production side is handled. I want to be clear that this is a brand new team I am building. The content currently on the channel has been self-edited by me, so what you see there is not representative of the production quality we will be delivering going forward. What I am looking for is someone who can manage the growth side of the channel. That means doing the research, building out a content map, telling me which videos to record and in what order, and then managing the channel so I can stay focused on recording. I have no problem being in front of the camera and batch recording whenever needed. I have not hired someone in this specific role before so I am genuinely open to understanding what this looks like and what it costs. I am committed to building a long term relationship with the right person and growing together over time.
