We are building a faceless YouTube media company with the goal of launching and scaling multiple high-performing channels across different niches. We are looking for an experienced YouTube Growth Strategist who has personally helped build successful faceless YouTube channels. This is NOT a video editing position. We need someone who understands the entire YouTube business: Finding profitable niches Content strategy Viral topic research Thumbnail psychology CTR optimization Audience retention AI production workflows Hiring and managing remote teams Scaling multiple channels If you've helped channels reach millions of views or significant monthly revenue, we'd like to work with you. This will begin as a consulting role and can grow into a long-term leadership position.
