YouTube Growth Strategist Needed for Established 200K+ Subscriber Channel

About Me I've been creating content on YouTube for over 10 years and have built an established entertainment channel with 200,000+ subscribers. My content focuses on long-form Marvel storytelling, original "What If" scenarios, alternate storylines, cinematic series, and other pop culture content. This isn't my first experience with YouTube growth, algorithm changes, or adapting to new trends. Over the years I've constantly evolved the channel, experimented with new formats, and invested heavily into improving the content. I've already purchased professional channel audits, implemented recommendations, analyzed my analytics extensively, and spent countless hours testing ideas. I'm looking for someone who can go significantly deeper. I want someone who can work alongside me over multiple weeks or months to identify blind spots, challenge assumptions, and help build a long-term strategy based on real data. I value honesty over agreement. Current Situation The channel continues to receive recommendations and occasional breakout videos. The goal is to improve performance while preserving what makes the brand unique. Responsibilities Perform an in-depth analysis of YouTube Studio analytics. Review CTR, impressions, Browse, Suggested, Home Feed, Search, audience behavior, and retention. Identify why certain uploads receive broad distribution while others stall. Analyze audience expectations and packaging. Develop a testing framework rather than offering one-time advice. Meet regularly to review uploads and analytics. Challenge assumptions and provide objective feedback. Help build a sustainable long-term growth strategy. Requirements I'm specifically looking for someone who has: Worked with established YouTube channels (100K+ subscribers preferred). Experience helping channels recover from inconsistent or declining performance. Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics and recommendation systems. Experience with long-form entertainment, storytelling, gaming, film, or creator channels. The ability to explain recommendations using data rather than opinions.
