YouTube Instructional Video Producer / Editor

Job Description: We are looking for a talented YouTube video editor and motion graphics specialist to help produce high-quality instructional workout videos. This is not basic editing. We need someone who can turn raw workout footage into engaging, structured, and visually clear instructional content that feels professional, easy to follow, and highly engaging on YouTube. You will be responsible for both editing and enhancing clarity through graphics and visual storytelling. What you’ll do : * Edit long-form workout/instructional videos for YouTube. * Structure content to improve pacing, clarity, and viewer retention. * Add professional motion graphics such as: 1. Exercise names and instructions 2. Countdown timers and interval indicators 3. Rep counts / timing overlays 4. Transitions and visual cues * Clean up raw footage and create a polished final product. * Ensure videos are easy to follow and visually engaging from start to finish. * Suggest improvements to structure, pacing, and presentation. What we’re looking for: * Strong experience editing YouTube instructional or fitness content. * Ability to create clean, modern motion graphics (not just basic cuts). * Understanding of how to keep viewers engaged in longer videos. * Strong sense of pacing, structure, and visual clarity. * Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar. Nice to have: * Experience in fitness, wellness, or educational content. * Ability to build reusable templates for recurring video formats. Please include: * 2–5 examples of instructional or fitness videos you’ve edited. * Examples of motion graphics or overlays you created. * A short note explaining your role in each project.
