YouTube Long-Form Story Editor — Business Documentary Style
Worldwide
We are seeking a senior YouTube long-form editor / story editor to help scale the CEO-CAMP YouTube channel. CEO-CAMP is the content and mentorship brand built around the real journey of Pavle and Nart, the founders of FUNPUNCH. FUNPUNCH was built through years of real ecommerce execution: starting with limited money, going all-in on stock, living in focused “camps,” surviving failed launches, debt, China trips, team building, product development, campaigns, and scaling the business from the ground up. The CEO-CAMP YouTube channel exists to turn that real journey, proof, operations, founder lessons, and current business execution into long-form content that builds trust with serious ecommerce founders. This role is not for a basic cutter who waits for timestamps. We are looking for someone who thinks like a story editor and creative partner. You should be able to take raw founder/business footage and shape it into strong long-form YouTube episodes with a clear hook, structure, tension, pacing, payoff, and premium visual feel. The footage may include founder documentary moments, meetings, campaign planning, product launches, office work, team decisions, China/factory trips, travel, workouts, lifestyle, B-roll, and real business problems being solved. We want someone who can do more than edit what is handed to them. You should be able to watch the footage, understand the purpose of the episode, suggest a stronger story direction, recommend missing B-roll, ask for pickup lines or extra context, improve the opening hook, challenge weak structure, and push back when you believe a different creative decision would make the video stronger. The style should feel like a premium founder documentary: cinematic, sharp, story-driven, fast enough to hold retention, but still real and not over-edited. We do not want random vlogs, podcast-style clip compilations, cheap YouTube hype edits, or edits that rely only on flashy effects without story. You should have strong experience with YouTube long-form storytelling, retention, pacing, music, sound design, footage organization, Premiere Pro, and ideally After Effects / motion graphics. This is a long-term role. The right person will join strategy calls, help us improve the format over time, and become part of the creative team behind the channel. On top of standard video pay, there will be performance-based bonuses when the content contributes to measurable business results through CEO-CAMP’s tracked funnel. We are looking for someone who can help us make the channel bigger, sharper, faster, and more consistent, not just someone who can deliver edited files.
