YouTube Long-Form Video Editor Needed

We are looking for a talented and reliable *YouTube Video Editor* to join our team for ongoing work. You will be editing *8–12 minute long-form YouTube videos*. We’re looking for someone who understands how to make videos engaging, fast-paced, and enjoyable to watch from beginning to end. ### What You'll Be Doing * Edit 8–12 minute YouTube videos * Add engaging cuts, transitions, B-roll, graphics, text, sound effects, and music where needed * Improve pacing and retention * Remove unnecessary pauses and boring sections * Create a polished, professional final video * Follow our editing style and references ### Requirements * Proven experience editing YouTube long-form content * Strong understanding of *YouTube audience retention and storytelling* * Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software * Ability to source relevant B-roll and visual elements * Good communication and ability to meet deadlines * Available for ongoing work ### When Applying, Please Include 1.
