YouTube Producer Needed to Help Grow Established Podcast to 100K Subscribers

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR AN EDITOR. We are looking for a growth-minded Podcast Producer who understands YouTube, viral clips, audience retention, and what makes people click, watch, comment, and subscribe. Our show, That's What I'm Saying! (TWIS), has been running since 2018 and covers: • Hip-Hop & R&B • Pop Culture • Relationships & Dating • Current Events We release a weekly video podcast and are ready to take our YouTube channel and social content to the next level. THE ROLE We're looking for someone who can own the post-production process and help us grow. This is not a "cut the video and disappear" position. We want someone who understands: • YouTube growth • Audience retention • Viral clips • Thumbnails • Titles • Storytelling through editing Every week you'll receive a recorded Riverside episode. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Edit one weekly full-length YouTube episode 2. Create 4–7 short-form clips and a single long form clip for: * Instagram Reels * TikTok * YouTube Shorts 3. Design compelling thumbnails 4. Upload content to YouTube 5. Write optimized titles and descriptions 6. Help identify moments most likely to generate views, comments, shares, and subscriptions BONUS POINTS IF YOU: • Follow hip-hop culture • Have experience helping channels grow TO APPLY Please send us anything you think will help us to understand why you're the right fit for this project.
