YouTube Producer & Video Editor Needed for Paragliding Travel Series

Budget up to $100 per video (3 videos required) We are looking for a talented YouTube producer and video editor to create three fun, engaging travel/adventure videos from content we will provide. The videos feature two guys traveling the world to paraglide, with footage from three separate trips. We need someone who can take the raw footage, photos, audio, and trip details and turn them into polished YouTube videos that feel exciting, entertaining, and story-driven. This is not just a basic editing job. We are looking for someone who can help shape the story, find the best moments, create a strong video structure, and deliver a final video that keeps viewers watching. We are starting with 3 videos, but there is potential for ongoing work. We already have content for more videos in the future, so we are hoping to find the right person for a longer-term collaboration if the first videos go well. Project Scope: Create 3 separate YouTube videos from 3 different paragliding travel trips. Each video should feel like a complete episode, highlighting the destination, the journey, the personalities, the flying, the funny moments, and the overall adventure. What You’ll Do: You will be responsible for producing and editing each video from end to end, including: * Reviewing supplied footage and content * Selecting the best clips and moments * Creating a clear and engaging story * Editing for pacing, humor, energy, and retention * Adding music, sound design, titles, and basic graphics * Color correction and audio cleanup * Delivering final YouTube-ready exports * Making agreed revisions based on feedback Ensure everything is copyright free Ideal Candidate: You should have experience editing YouTube videos, especially travel, adventure, vlog, documentary-style, sports, or creator-led content. Experience with GoPro footage, outdoor content, or action sports is a plus. We are especially interested in someone who can work creatively and independently, while still keeping the project cost-effective. Budget: We are looking for someone budget-friendly for the first 3 videos, with the possibility of more work afterward.
