YouTube Channel Manager – Help Launch & Grow Multiple Faceless Channels (Long-Term) I've built a system for creating and running faceless YouTube channels at scale, and I'm looking for one reliable, experienced person to run it alongside me and grow into my right hand. I'll train you on my entire workflow from A to Z, and as the operation grows, your role and pay grow with it. I'm looking for someone for the long term. What you'll be doing - Researching and validating new channel ideas - Setting up and launching new channels by following my tutorials and system - Helping shape content and growth strategy - Managing the day-to-day of running multiple channels - Down the line: helping me find and onboard additional team members You must have - Worked on real YouTube channels and can show me actual results: growth, views, subscribers, or revenue. - A solid understanding of how YouTube works: niches, thumbnails, titles, retention, and the basics of the algorithm - The discipline to follow tutorials and processes precisely and consistently - Good written English and clear communication - A long-term mindset and reliability I can count on Nice to have - Experience with faceless or semi-automated channels - A good eye for thumbnails, titles, and SEO - Familiarity with AI tools The setup - Ongoing, long-term role. Starting at $400–$500/month for full time work. Not including bonusses - Performance-based bonus system on top of $50 dollars for finding good niches and bonusses for hitting specific viewcounts - Real room to grow.
