Job Description: Seeking an experienced, autonomous Content Creator & Channel Manager to handle end-to-end video production and dual-platform management for Zentrasi, an AI-focused video and website ecosystem. The immediate goal is achieving YouTube Partner Program monetization (crossing the remaining ~3,800 long-form watch hours) before the end of October. Important Quality Standard: Need high-value, highly engaging videos designed to capture organic search and browse traffic, hold audience retention, and convert viewers into subscribers. Not looking for low-effort "AI slop" (robotic text-to-speech over random stock footage loops, hallucinated scripts, or automated slideshows). YouTube and Rumble algorithms suppress low-quality automated content. Responsibilities: Full Video Creation: Write compelling, well-researched, 100% unique scripts (no generic AI clichés or recycled material), generate natural-sounding voiceovers, build dynamic edits with real software demos, screen recordings, visual pattern interrupts, and motion graphics engineered for 35%+ audience retention. Branding & Consistency: Include a clean, concise Zentrasi branded intro (3–5 seconds max) at the start of every long-form video to build brand recognition without causing viewer drop-off. Strategic Calls-to-Action & Website Funnel: Seamlessly integrate organic Call-to-Actions (asking viewers to like, subscribe, share, and comment) at high-engagement moments. Include a 5-second end-card/banner directing viewers to Zentrasi.com for free downloadable workflow templates and prompt packs. Affiliate & Description Monetization: Format video descriptions and pinned comments with relevant software affiliate links, tool discount codes, resource links, and website newsletter sign-up links to monetize organic traffic from day one. Multi-Platform Uploads (YouTube & Rumble): Handle full scheduling, publishing, and SEO optimization (titles, tags, descriptions, custom thumbnails) on both YouTube and Rumble for every package at no additional cost. Shorts Repurposing: Create 1 high-converting vertical Short (30–60 seconds) clipped directly from each long-form video, complete with dynamic captions and hooks. Mega-Compilation Masterclasses: Periodically stitch 3 to 4 previously published top videos into a 45+ minute "Complete Masterclass" with a fresh intro and custom thumbnail to maximize total channel watch time. Requirements & Ownership: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Must sign an NDA protecting channel assets, strategy, and business operations prior to the start of work. Proven track record independently creating successful tech or AI content for YouTube and Rumble that drives real organic views (portfolio required). Absolute commitment to quality—no generic templates, robotic voice loops, or low-effort filler content. 100% Unique Content & Work-for-Hire: Every script, video, thumbnail, and asset must be 100% original and custom-created exclusively for Zentrasi. Reusing scripts, assets, or videos produced for other clients or channels is strictly prohibited. Full IP Ownership: All intellectual property, copyrights, raw project files, scripts, thumbnails, and final video assets become the exclusive property of Zentrasi upon payment. 100% Commercial Licensing: All AI voiceovers (e.g., paid ElevenLabs tier), background music, stock footage, and graphics must be fully cleared and licensed for commercial YouTube and Rumble use without copyright claims. Mastery of modern AI creation workflows (ChatGPT/Claude, ElevenLabs, Midjourney/Runway, Premiere Pro/DaVinci/After Effects). Strong understanding of video retention analytics, CTR optimization, and hook construction in the first 60 seconds. Ability to maintain a consistent output of 2 complete video packages per week through October. Project & Payment Structure: Phase 1 (Paid Test Trial): $125 fixed rate to produce 1 complete trial package (1 long-form video + 1 Short + custom thumbnail + direct upload & schedule to YouTube and Rumble). Phase 2 (Ongoing Base Milestones): $250 per completed video package (1 long-form video or 45+ min mega-compilation + 1 Short + thumbnail + direct upload to YouTube and Rumble). Target volume: 2 packages per week ($500/week). Phase 3 (One-Time Performance Bonus): A single, one-time $50 flat bonus for any individual long-form video that reaches 5,000 or more organic views on YouTube within its first 30 days (capping total compensation at $300 for that specific video package). Note: This is a single payout per qualifying video upon crossing 5,000 views, not a recurring or multi-tier bonus.
