YouTube SEO Specialist — Channel Growth & CTR Optimization (Remote)

We are Mister Loans, a growing mortgage company based in Miami, FL. We're hiring a YouTube SEO expert to grow our channel's organic reach through keyword research, metadata optimization, and algorithm strategy. This is an ongoing, 100% remote role for someone who lives inside YouTube Analytics and knows how to turn data into ranking decisions. We will set a location preference for Latin America in the job settings. Scope of Work - Keyword and search-intent research using specialized tools. - Trend mapping to guide content topic selection. - SEO-optimized, high-CTR titles. - Description, timestamp/chapter, tag, and playlist optimization. - Transcript and closed caption editing for AI/search indexing. - Retention and completion-rate analysis to strengthen recommendation signals. - Thumbnail A/B testing collaboration with the design team. - YouTube Shorts SEO strategy (hooks, titles, hashtags, cross-linking). - Recurring YouTube Analytics audits and reporting. - Re-optimization of evergreen back-catalog videos. Requirements - 2–3+ years ranking YouTube channels with demonstrable organic growth results. - Proficiency with vidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends, and YouTube Studio Analytics. - Understanding of how YouTube search interacts with the recommendation algorithm (Suggested, Home feed). - Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written) — required for content work and team communication in both languages. Compensation - Hourly from $12 USD/hour depending on demonstrated results, paid through Upwork; or fixed price per milestone agreed in the interview. - Shortlisted candidates complete a short PAID test task (e.g., an SEO audit of 3 of our videos) before the ongoing engagement.
